Black on Black

This was a fun shoot, it is of Williams-Sonoma Molcajete, a mortar and pestle carved from volcanic rock. Black on black was another shoot that I learned a lot from and that I loved.

Vans

This is my first ever still life advertising shot that I took. White on white was a fun challenge. I learned a lot during this shot, most importantly how much I love being in the studio with just me and the product.

Opposites Attract

Opposites attract, we have all heard it before. I think that this picture describes it better then ever, I love the yellow and blue together and the way it makes the yellow pop.

Wood Pallets

I am fascinated by this building. I have gone back many times, there are so many different interesting details all on the outside of one industrial building and the colors are so vibrant.

It is all about the Green

I have to admit that this is one of my favorite photographs from the building series but then again I have a lot of favorites in this series. I love the large rust spot and the two boards on the right of garage door. I also love the power lines draping across of the top of the building, there is something about the combination of geometric and organic shapes and lines that intrigues me. Oh and green seems to be my new favorite color, I like about the photograph too.

Danielle

Meet Danielle, She was such a fun girl to photograph, Danielle claimed to be shy in front of the camera but was actually quite a natural, a lot of fun, had a great wardrobe and amazing eyes! I didn't meet Danielle until she came to the studio and it couldn't have been much better of an experience.

Yellow Building

This building is another one that I took to go along with my industrial building project. I have to admit that I love driving around the provo and other local towns looking for industrial buildings with interesting geometrical compositions, different colors, and other graphic elements. This series really excites me!
